These bliss bites are simple, crunchy, naturally sweet and easy to prepare. They make a beautiful snack to enjoy as part of a healthy routine.

Ashwagandha is one of the best-known adaptogenic herbs and is often used in wellness routines for stress support, grounding and balance. Combined with cacao, dates, walnuts and nut butter, it becomes an easy no-bake snack that feels both nourishing and indulgent.

This recipe is ideal when you want something quick, sweet, earthy and satisfying without making a full dessert. Roll the bites in granola, toasted sunflower seeds, or dip them in chocolate for a more decadent finish.

Note: Herbs such as ashwagandha should be gently introduced into your diet and routine, giving your body the chance to adjust to their powerful medicinal effect.

Recipe: Crunchy Ashwagandha Bliss Bites

Makes: 9-10 bliss bites   |   Preparation Time: 10 minutes   |   Style: no-bake superfood snack

Ingredients

  • ½ C walnuts
  • ½ C dates
  • ¼ C almond flour
  • 1 T Plant-Based Protein Superfood Mix (optional)
  • 1½ T Cacao Powder
  • 1 T honey or agave
  • 6 Ashwagandha capsules
  • 1 T nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Extras / Toppings

  • Your favourite granola
  • Toasted sunflower seeds
  • Dipped in chocolate

Method

  1. Step 1: Open the ashwagandha capsules and add powder with the rest of ingredients to a food processor. Blitz until fully combined, the nuts are broken down and the mixture can be pressed together easily. Taste and adjust, adding more honey for sweetness, nut butter for creaminess, cacao for richness, or a pinch more salt for overall balance.
  2. Step 2: Using a tablespoon measure, scoop the mixture into balls and roll between your hands until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Roll each ball in your granola mixture or toasted seeds until coated, pressing slightly if needed. Store in an airtight jar and enjoy as part of a healthy routine.

Soulcare Food Note

Feel free to start using less capsules in this recipe, and increasing them as you see fit, taking the overall dosage into consideration when you decide how many Bliss Bites to consume as a single serving.

These bites are rich, grounding and satisfying. They are ideal for a small snack, an after-meal treat, or a superfood bite with tea.

Serving idea: Keep them in an airtight jar and enjoy as part of a healthy routine. They can also be rolled in toasted seeds for extra crunch.
