Faulty Products
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Soulcare within 1-2 working days of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

There is no need to be concerned about using your credit card online. It’s very safe. The system we use is called PayFast. When the amount is sent to PayFast, we will assume this is a ZAR amount because PayFast only transacts in ZAR, even if your shop is using a foreign currency.
